EXCEL - Coggle Diagram

- - - - :star: Select the cell to contain the maximum number
        :star: Click the insert function box to display the function dialog box
        :star: If necessary, scroll and click MAX in the Select function list
        :star: Click OK button to display the dialog box and type cell range in the number 1 box to enter the function
        :star: Click OK button to display the highest value in the chosen range of the selected cell
    - - :star: Select the cell that is to contain the minimum value and then click SUM arrow in HOME tab
        :star: Click Min to display the min function in the formula bar and active cell
        :star: Drag through the range of values which is determined as the lowest number
        :star: Click Enter box to determine the lowest value in the range and display the result in the formula bar in the selected cell
