They are call epidemiological triad
The first is the
AGENT
Is the organisim that cause the desease
It can be
Virus
Bacteria
Parasites
Fungi
The second is the
HOST
Is the target of the desease
The third is the
ENVIROMENT
This refers to the surrroundings and conditions that are external to the host that allows the desease can be transmited
Allow the spread off the infection
They can spread
Direct
The organism is transmitted directly to the person
Indirect
The organism is transmitted by contamitated objects or intermediate vectors like mosquitos
