5 Adopter Categories
Innovators = 1st to try, willing to take risks, don't need a lot of support.
Early Adaptors = enjoy leadership role, embrace change opportunities, are aware of the need to change
Early Majority = rarely leaders, need to see evidence before they are convinced, do change before average person
Late Majority = skeptical of change, only adopts once innovation was tried by majority
Laggards = very conservative and bound by tradition, very skeptical, hard to convince
