dismissal justified
it means that the employer has a legal cause to terminate the worker's employment contract and can prove it in a trial, if necessary.
The causes that motivate the justified dismissal are indicated in Article 47 of the Federal Labor Law, which indicates 14 different causes for which the employer can be used to dismiss the worker.
This requirement must be carefully complied with, otherwise, if it is not proven in case of trial that the written notice was not given to the worker, the dismissal will be considered unjustified
If the worker refuses to receive the original letter of dismissal, the employer must send the notice to the Conciliation and Arbitration Board, so that it can deliver it to the worker.
