CONCEPT
Why is organizational climate important?
Organizational climate influences to a great extent the performance of the employees because it has a major impact on motivation and job satisfaction of individual employees. Organizational climate determines the work environment in which the employee feels satisfied or dissatisfied.
organizational climate is the perceptional environment prevailing in an organization based on which employees do their work.

Communication is a two-way process: the transmission of information and understanding between two individuals, this requires a transmitter, a receiver and a message understood to be effective
n organizations, communication can be classified as ascending, descending and horizontal; formal and informal; oral and written; electronic, and verbal and non-verbal (body language).

Behavioral theory seeks to explain human behavior by analyzing the antecedents and consequences present in the individual's environment and the learned associations he or she has acquired through previous experience.

Goals give an organization a purpose and direction to move towards the entire year.

Leaders Need People

A Leader has a set of managerial or directive Skills that an individual has to influence the way of being of people or a certain group of people and making this team work with enthusiasm, in achieving goals and objectives of the company.
