        開始壓胸、擠 ambu
        
        打開 monitor 檢查心律（告知暫時停止壓胸）
        
        Vf, pulseless VT（意思是看到 VT 要再次檢查脈搏）
        
        繼續 CPR
        
        準備電擊
        
        注意電擊器操作方式
        
        轉開旋鈕，並轉至150 or 200J
        
        舉起兩側電擊握把
        
        按下充電鈕
        
        待充好電時說「準備電擊，clear」
        
        去顫器放在相對位置，雙手按下電擊

        因為阻斷 normal pathway，而遺留下 Kent's bundle → 速度過快
        
        Af or AF with WPW syndrome
        
        劑量調整
        
        增加
        
        theophylline, caffeine, theobromine 使用者
        
        減少到 3mg
        
        dipyridamole, carbamazepine 使用者
