Smaller Ideas
Have events be 2 hours apart to make sure there is enough time to finish the previous event without rushing.
Event calendar that's filled out the Sunday before the new week starts, so that we don't run into any incidents. If you want to add an event later in the week you'll be able to see which times are already taken.
Training/Mini games organisation to become more clear via google slides - this could be done by a volunteer or the games/training camp committees.
Instead of big meetings where we discuss multiple topics at once we could organise smaller meetings where the goal is to discuss and sort out one topic until it has been resolved.

Have staff who monitor the chat in Youtube live streams. Give staff a chance to become a moderator on the Youtube to answer gymnasts questions and stand out more. This could be for people in the social media committee.

Monthly Goals
What moderators goals could be: Moderating at the public gym or private gym twice - Moderating group wall twice - Moderate at the competition OR Moderate at an event
What helpers goals could be: Helping at the public gym once - Helping at the private gym once - Helping/hosting an event once - Helping at the competition
What coaches goals could be: Hosting a training twice - Coaching at the public gym once - Coaching at the private gym once
What photographers goals could be: Taking photos at an event twice - Helping at an event once - Taking photos at the competition
What judges goals could be: Judging at the competition - Helping at an event once - Helping at the private or public gym once
I don't believe judges, moderators or photographers should be expected to host as that’s not what their role is based on - they are however, free to if they wish! I also removed that moderators accept join requests as that’s something all staff members should be doing anyways.
I tried to even out the goals as much as possible but of course different ranks have different responsibilities.
Commitees
Leaders Appoint new committee leaders to the ones who would like to give up their spot or have a chance at becoming a leader. Some committees are very organised but still the idea of this is nice as it's a good opportunity for many.
Committee Help Only allow staff to be in a committee if they are actively helping or contributing. There is no need to spy or be in them for no reason! Be in a maximum of 3 committees so you are able to actually dedicate your time towards the committee's focus.
Start an administrative committee for people who would like to get more involved in the organisational side of things. This could include guides/documents/surveys/forms/announcements.
Have a game similar to pool party where mini games can be hosted that way its more of a monthly thing and more important than mini games that are not the monthly one. Like a hall with an obby and teams etc and thing we could use to play games
Demotions
We don't want to make a huge fuss and display of demoting people but demotions are good, healthy and a mature thing to do especially in such a big group. You can do it privately by sending them a message in pm explaining why they are demoted then demote them. People who should be demoted should be up to Jezzie to decide.
Strike System - 3 strikes and you're demoted.
Reasons for a strike: not attending your competition slot, not attending your event, not completing the monthly goals whilst being active on the staff info sheet, breaking discord or in game rules, acting immature repeatedly, causing drama.
Have a set staff training guide as a power point so people can train new staff the right way and not miss anything. There will be stuff everyone is taught and also rank specific things.
