in collective bargaining.

Requirement for a recognition:
high level of employee participation
positive employment relation between union and management
effective procedures when dealing with organizational change
Procedures
Fill the form (Schedule of IR Act)
Employer must reply within 21 days
Refuse:
Employer must notify the union and DGTU
may requesting the DGTU to verify the claim
upon receiving refusal, must reply within 14 days a report to DGIR for further action..
DGIR will do its research: by secret ballot, further investigation, examine records and documents..
DGIR notify the minister.
Final judgement from minister.
Accept
the union is RECOGNIZED
a copy of the form must be sent to employer and DGTU
