Co-curricular - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Workshop on reflections (for teachers and students), reflection slots as designated part of CAS sessions.
    - - Some CAS's were having a session designated only to writing reflections - we had it in Visual Arts. That can be planed in every term.
    - - Najda: Encompass the information about CAS projects and CAS schedule in one calendar/plan/platform along with deadlines for reflections, so that students can show perseverance and commitment more efficiently
    - - Maybe we can organize some kind of CAS reflections review in the middle of the school year where students would be reminded the info from CAS fair.
        
        Have a set time in school, for example first monday every month last 10 minutes after assembly/before classes everyone is obligated to write 1 reflection
- - - - Zoe: no clear invitation for people in the community to join our CASes when possible
        
        Zoe - Identify activities in which people outside of UWC could join and communicate it clearly?
    - - There were some invitation from some CAS's to Gimnazija students - maybe we can request CAS leaders to plan this in their planning of the CAS - at least to have it once per year.
    - - If deemed appropriate by the teacher, maybe substitute class time for attending appropriate cas(with a short reflection)

        Or merge the CASes that are really similar
        
        Lucija: maybe include various interests into one CAS
    - - Have a centralized(preferably electronic) communication platform that isnt email. some place where the information is easily available without much searching around
    - - Zoe - centralized communication and NO EMAIL allowed :smiley:
    - - Ensure the CAS has a structured set of objectives and aims, and enforce this with reflective sessions every so many weeks with all CAS members with mandatory attendance as this holds the leaders accountable
- - - - Make a sort of CAS database(Google sheets possibly) with all the information about CASes including their overview, time and place of the meeting as well as their leaders.This will make easier for students to try out new CASes, especially for firsties who are not still familiar with the way everything works:Pero

    - - more control of flow and quality CASes
    - - Students need to report if this happens too often.
    - - It might be beneficial to establish a clear policy for the future leaders - to have their leadership controlled regularly, to be sincere with attendance etc. This might be done through the visit of staff members or anyone else in charge of controlling the attendance without a previous notification sent to CAS leaders
    - - Only acceptable canceling is a day in advance

    - - Maybe have a sessions where local students present their region, organize cooking events or something of the sorts:Pero
    - - Register interest of sports and within reason suggest holding interresidentials for such sports if can be accomodated
        
        Zoe: Schedule from the beginning of the year about the activities that could be implemented as inter residential: Volleyball? Track running? basketball? Non-sport as well, maybe? Arts?
