Corporation level: Workplace, file sharing, town halls, discipline level meetings, project meetings, some special programs for selected employees. Worked quite well, practices were just forming cultural differences in follow through, could have been more extensive and detailed, and more systematic. Sometimes worked well, other times didnt and there are big team differences as some (like marketing) were sharing a lot and others (like finance, research) less. At the same time the corporation highlights that the global community is a great asset, and it is, but the systematic utilization of it to truly support learning, would need dedicated advocates that would have the power to give time and opportunity.
