What is important, tips and tricks, what is important to include and consider, use TEMPLATE structure to follow w study guide. 1. What do you want them to LEARN? What SKILLS you want them to develop. 2. What ACTIVITIES you need to do to develop the SKILLS?
Assure content has the flow. #1 WHAT do you want to show them? Get clarity before the start building any content
Person who is leading activity, has clarity on what activity/insights for the activity, learning about the topic, it is nice you be able to review/add specific ways to learn a topic

SME makes the final decision, on HOW the knowledge will be transfered: F2F, video, PPT, Zoom. The power is in SME hands, training experts give the guidance
HOOK: what is in it for me? How will i benefit? How will i use it tomorrow/today to help em do much job better?

What do they need to be successful in their job? Start with what is in it for me? Explain HOW it will help THEM? How the new DATA/INFORMATION will empower/help our organization.
