testosterone
Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone and anabolic steroid. In male humans, testosterone plays a key role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as testes and prostate, as well as promoting secondary sexual characteristics such as increased muscle and bone mass, and the growth of body hair.
Human growth hormone
secreted by the pituitary gland which stimulates general body growth, also the lengthening of the bones.

Primary female sex hormone, known to inhibit bone resorption

this increases the heart rate, increasing blood pressure, expanding the i
air passages of the lungs, redistributes blood to the muscles and altering the body's metabolism.

Temperature
All muscles reqiure energy, especially while exercising, you gain these from fuels such as carbs and fats. Ome of the products is heat. As the muscles warm up. blood circulating through the musles is also warmed meaning a rise in the bodys temperature, The more intense the exercise the more heat you will produce.

Your muscles are made up from a complex system of fibres, delicately woven together, that play a vital role in muscle movement and overall strength. In certain exercises – lifting weights for example – you can cause incredibly small tears to these muscle fibres. When you rest your body heals and uses the proteins to fill in the gaps, resulting in bigger and stronger muscles.

DescriptionMinute ventilation is the volume of gas inhaled or exhaled from a person's lungs per minute. It is an important parameter in respiratory medicine due to its relationship with blood carbon dioxide levels. at a low to moderate exercise intensity tidal volume and breathing rate increase proportionally. However at a high intenisty, tidal volume reaches a peak therefore any further increase in minute volume requires and increase in breathing rate.

This is the amount of air ventilated in or out of the lungs in one breath, it increases drastically during exercise due to the bodies demand for oxygen. Increases in breathing rate maintain alveolar ventilation during steady state exercise.

Synovial fluid
Synovial fluid is a viscous, non-Newtonian fluid found in the cavaties of synovial joints. The principal role of synovial fluid is to reduce friction between articular cartilage of synovial joints during movement.
exercising increases the amount of synovial fluid, decreasing it's visosity, keeping joints healthy, whilst stopping cartilage from drying out
oestoclast activity
Bone is a dynamic tissue, it's constantly reshaped by oestoblasts, in return oestoclasts break downs the tissue to create new growth.
Oestoblasts - specialised bone cells which build new bone tissue
oestoclasts - large nucleated cells that destroy bone cells, reabsorb calcium and plays a big part in bone remodelling
Oestocytes - Formed from oestoblasts and make up the majority of mature bone matter
