Saddlehorn Campground
As soon as you have dates locked in with schools (ideally by end of September), email Renee Creeden (and cc Christy Parry) the dates for trips. They won't process them (or accept them) until January 1st but the sooner the better.

Email her to schedule dates (second night of trip for each school/trip @ 7PM) as soon as you have school dates confirmed. Cost has typically been $2 per student (definitely confirm this with her before the season starts)
Amphitheater
We use the amphitheater by the Saddlehorn campground for our evening program on the first and last night of each trip/program. Application is made through Renee Creeden (who will send application once she receives campground reservation info). Make sure to include these dates in email with camping dates (asking for 6-9PM time frame for each night)
