JOB SATISFACTION AND PERFORMANCE
Employees must have a general attitudes that can leads them to have a valued reward and it also can influence employees to have a motivation by control over their job output.
Work together with others coworkers also can help them to have a good performance. It is because everyone have different view towards to something that they work on.
eg. Be positive and always smiling to others coworkers can leads to have a good relationship. Also can help employees be more productive towards their work performance.
JOB SATISFACTION AND BUSINESS PLAN
Employees satisfied are important of an organization and in business plan. Without employees an organization will be effect not only in organization but also in community.
Employees must have a good environment in an organization. It is because it will help employees to make them try their best to help organization be a good organization in community.
eg. An organizations also must help employees by be equally to others employees that work on to make the organization be a good organization to community and also other countries.
JOB SATISFACTION AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Employees have a positive mood when they are feel satisfied with their job environment. Because of that, employees will feel more likely enjoy their job and when serve their client they will have a good skills to help the client.
When employees feel satisfied, it will help them to become more friendly and responsive towards clients. They will help them in any situation to make client feel satisfied with their service
eg. Employees will always serve a better service toward clients when they in a good condition and have a good vibe around them.
EMOTIONS
eg. Employees will show their emotion by speaking, face, verbal and the volume of voice. If they do not like about something they will let their emotion to tell about what their think about.
Emotion is something that employees have to take serious. It is because if they just let emotion know through speaking, face or volume of voice it can make others think bad your behaviour towards others.

Organization justice must have in an organization around the world because it will make every person work in that organization have the same fairness towards all of employees.
eg. Organization justice have to use of fairness to employees by do not be favoritism only for employees that have a high level but also be fair to employees that have low level.

Feedback is information about yourself that you do not know about something that you do not know about yourself but others coworker see and feel about you. When the coworker tell you about you in your job environment you do not know that yourself is like that.
eg. Your coworker tell that you have different attitude when in organization and when they meet you outside of workplace.
