Experimental probability

When we calculate probabilities by using equally likely outcomes, the probability worked out will be theoretical probability.
Sometimes, you can find the probability by carrying out a series of experiments and recording the results in a frequency table.
We can then estimate the probability of an outcome from these results. A probability worked out this way is called experimental probability.
How to calculate it
To find experimental probability, the experiment must be repeated a number of times. Each separate experiment is known as a trial.
