Auckland sky tower
Research: If you fancy a dinner with a spectacular view, well you're on the right site, Auckland sky tower is the tallest man-made structure in New Zealand and has about 60 levels. Still not interested don't worry. If you're a daredevil then you probably want to read on!
Auckland sky tower not only provides luxury but also has a sky jump that lets you fall 192 meters straight down, but if you are not that much of a daredevil then you can just relax and skywalk around the 1.2 meter wide platform while taking in the kiwi view. Going back to the dining there are 3 places where can dine I would suggest Orbit. Orbit is a dining area that rotates 360 degrees once every hour Giving you a spectacular view of the whole city.
Look at the SkyCity website for more info.
Tree Adventures
Research: Have you done rocket ropes and feel like you need more of a challenge then you might want to come up to Tree Adventures, where your inner monkey is awakened!

Hot water Beach
Research: Do you want to relax and play in the cold saltwater then you've found it! Hot water Beach is a great place for boogie boarding, surfing and body surfing, except the current is much stronger then it is in Tawharanui. But that's what draws all that attention the real reason is because of the Hot water produced by volcanic rocks that are right next to the sand. You have to dig up the water which is underneath the sand. Choose your spot wisely so you don't get burnt when you get in your little spa. The best time for you to do this is on a low tide.
Bonus point - There is a campsite called Hot water Beach (Top 10 campsite). You can stay there if you either live afar or just what to hang around a bit more. Also, bring along a spade then the hot water is all free or you can just hire one from the campsite.
Tawharanui
Research: Tawharanui is a great place for does boogie boarding, surfing, or even body surfing fans tawharanui has great waves and they will give you a ride, strong enough to carry you to the shore! The best chance of catching these waves are when the tide is high. But Tawharanui also has great rock pools and when the tide is low there is an edge that you can jump of and land splashing into the water (this can only be done during a low tide).
Rocket Ropes
Research: Rocket Ropes is right next to Butterfly creek, and has 2 courses one for 2 - 6 years old and one for 6+ this place rocket booster for those beginners.
Butterfly creek
Research: Butterfly creek is right next to Rocket ropes and is a great place to see lots of different animals including NZ's 2 very own and only saltwater crocodiles. You can feed lambs, see the prehistoric dinosaurs and mythical unicorn and if you are a fan of how to train your dragon then you really need to see the dragons they've got! Quick advice if you're afraid of insects you'd probably want to keep your distance from the bug house but I encourage you to give it a try after all the creatures you see in there are quite fascinating.
