How to set up a Routine?
Set up your Zones
4 different zone for your horse to learn/grow
Set up your rooms for a purpose - Bedroom - to sleep! not TV/eating etc
Set up some structure/time
Set up the Roster/Timing
Set up work roster with breaks
No work roster for horses - be led by the horse
Be consistent in your activity - warm up routine, learn, warm down
Know your horse - set up steps as part of your routine that are achievable. My adult horse and foals have slightly different steps in the feeding routine.

Example Routine
6am - Growth Time 60 min (20/20/20 rule of Morning Glory - Exercise, Study, Journalling)
7am Brekki - Journalling (Thankful for, learnt about yourself, plan for the day) keep it simple short
7:30 - Winter: Attend to Horses (rugs/feeding/ground work with babies
9:00 - Start work (apply 50/10 rule)
12-2pm Lunch Break (Free) in my zone
2pm - work (apply 50/10 rule)
BREAKS (10 min - clean house/veranda/yard work, play with a horse on the ground, go for a walk with the dogs, call a friend
7pm - Dinner
