General Basic Education Level
Definition
It is found within the Regular Subsystem, and is compounded by the following grades: first 1°, second 2°, third 3°, fourth 4°, fifth °, sixth 6°, seventh 7°, eight 8° and ninth 9°.

National Education System Duty
To satisfy basic teaching necessities of the students and the society based on clear socio-politics, cultural, economics, psychological, pedagogical, ethic and moral values.

They have the right to receive free and obligatory education if they are between four and fifteen years old.

Special Education
Persons with physical or mental disabilities, learning disabilities, social maladjustments and chemical dependency problems have the right to benefit from special education, a common inclusive approach
Beginning Education Level
This level includes infants from two to five years of age who attend day care.
