This concept, sleep, helps us prevent the body from becoming depressed and stagnant.

While we are sleeping, our brain is processing all the information we collect during the day.

For athletes and sportsmen, it is good that they sleep well, so that they accumulate various body tissues, which will help them, to recover all their energy.
By doing so, babies can grow up better and healthier.
When I sleep less than seven hours, the next day, I wake up, tired and with dark circles under my eyes.
When, I go to sleep at 1:00 am, most times I wake up at 3:00 pm.
