        Identifying student's problem, class evaluation, and performance
        
        Have a short meeting telling school counselor about the student.
        
        Having a meeting with HRT, specialist teachers, Chinese HRT, school counselors to come up with strategies and academic modifications.
        
        Offer student a learning support. Assign a shadow teacher, special TA to sit with student.
        
        Have regular meeting with parents to see if they can help student at home.
        
        Modification on academic expectation: Give students different expectations, rubric, and goals. Must be consistent throughout the subjects.
        
        Modification on activity:Depending on students, the school can take a consistent approach to student group/solo activity. The student might be excused from collaborative task/written assignment/oral assessment, and so on.
        
        Modification on task and assessments: Give manageable tasks, give homework extension. If the student can't read well, have a support teacher to read questions.

        Evaluation and review with assessment should be given every year.

        Changing class management system to support students:

        If not working out, should change the route 2 at any moment.
        
        If worked, document the process and progress, ready to submit to the school
        
        Personalized reward system: Give a sticker to the student's personal behavioral planner if the student does a good job. For example, give a star sticker every 10 minutes if the student doesn't stand up and leave the classroom.
        
        Change the seating chart so the student(s) can perform better. Separate them from disturbing student(s). Give more attention by having the student(s) sit closer to the teacher. Or move the student(s) to higher-performing students. Student(s) can also sit closer to the teacher by having them in front of the board.
