Types of Strategies
CORPORATE STRATEGIES
It is the one that specifies which businesses the company enters or in which you want to enter and that is what is intended with such businesses.
Business Unit Strategy refers to the administration of the interests and operations of a line particular business.
Functional-level strategy create a framework for managers in charge of each role (e.g. marketing or production), why they implement the business unit and company strategies.

Culture and Strategy
When an organization's culture (collective personality)
is consistent with your strategy, it's much easier to implement the strategy.
