In teacher-centered classroom, teacher is the main character and teacher is the one who give instruction. Therefore, in person-centered classroom, the students can freely express themselves and explore more independently.

The behavioural perspective
Learning is based on external motivation regarding students' behaviour (external events)
Learning consequences can be a reward or a punishment
The constructivists perspective
Focuses on different practices in communities, and motivation comes from the ones who appreciate the learning (Sociocultural)
Constructs the mind by processing an energy of change and growth and connecting the language and intellectual thought- Dewey (1900) & Vygotsky (1978,1981,200)
Language becomes the social tool- Dewey (1916) and be becomes a part of students' thinking.
Learning is based on social activity . The relation on what happens in social world and an individual.
Summary and analytical reflection
Good self-understanding, social and emotional competence of teachers are important in managing classroom well.
Minfulness of tecahers is crucial (Marzano, 2009; Hoekstra & Korthagen, 2011).
Teachers' cares are important to the students to create the dynamic relationship between these twos.
