Types of Law
National Law is passed by a legitimate sovereign authority ans are applied within the jurisdiction of that authority.
1. Public Law
- Criminal Law is a law which are concerned with offences against the state, person, property, etc.
- Constitutional Law is a law that grows out of country's basic documents/constitution.
2. Private Law
- Law of Tort is a law to protect a person’s interest in his or her bodily security, tangible property, financial resources, or reputation.

- Law of Contract is a laws or regulations directed toward enforcing certain promises.

International Law is a law which aim at regulating the conduct of the states in their dealings with one another.
- Public International Law refers to all the legal rules governing international relations between public entities such as States and international organizations.
- Private International Law is a laws that relate to individual governed by different laws.
