Introduction
Classroom Management was first aimed to conduct a silent and calm classroom situation (Doyle, 1986). Then it also aimed to contributes on students social and moral development. Meanwhile, many studies proved that teachers have the big role as the pupils' role model. However, many classrooms still report a minor behavior from the students. This study will study on the recent research tell us about classroom management.

The Multicultural Classroom
(USA case) Teachers should be considered about students' background cultures in applying the proactive approach (Lave and Wengers, 1991). Moreover, by understanding the differences of students' background, teacher can successfully build a good relationship with the pupils.
Behavior Management
(Australia, Israel and China Case) Teacher's behavior and manners affect pupil's attitude (Lewis et al, 2008). Further explained that teachers should be clear in explaining about the rules and exceptions in the classroom. Teachers can also applying hinting where the teachers shows the pupils their minor behavior and also involvement where the pupils can also contributes to make the classroom rules.

Rules, Relation, and Commitment
Rules = give the pupils clear rules, make rules together with the pupils, and also insist on compliance with these rules, while also placing demands on the pupils.
Commitment = The teachers reward their pupils, without clarifying which rewards, and they administer regular tests.
Relation = Teachers use humour to make their reprimands less serious.

Person-centered Versus Teacher-centered CM
Teacher-centered = In a teacher-centred classroom the teacher is in control, giving the pupils instructions about what to do.
Person-centered = The pupils are given the opportunity to share responsibility.
An Ecological Perspective on Classroom Management
According to the ecological perspective, a person-centred approach is not sufficient. Such an approach will not in itself create actions and activities in productive contexts.
The teacher’s main duty is to facilitate for and maintain pupil cooperation in the ongoing activities and that this is what organises and creates life in the classroom.
Classroom Management: motivation and learning
What the researchers have called ‘supporting understanding’ may promote the pupils’ cognitive engagement, establishment and maintenance of good relations which may promote their emotional involvement, and that classroom management may contribute to good behavior.
