Urine cloudy amber in color

Temp 101.4

Pt is type 2 DM

Pt is in end stage renal disease

Increase fluid intake

Wipe from front to back

Take full course of antibiotics

Risk for infection

Acute pain related to UTI

The urinary tract from the kidneys to the utheral meatus, is normally sterile and resistant to bacterial colonization despite frequent contamination of the distal uretha with colonic bateria

Systemic infection can result from UTI, practically in older adults

Currently receiving dialysis

Chills for 2 days
