5.3.2. Equity Theory
- It focuses on how fairy individuals perceive they are being treated compared to others.
- Motivation refers to either intrinsic or extrinsic forces of an individual that simulate enthusiasm and perseverance to pursue a certain accomplishment.

- Maslow's hypothesis argues that some needs are more important than others and these are to be satisfied first, before others needs can function as motivators.
