Should students fail a grade in school when they fail all of their core subjects?

Argument 2: It is hard on teachers who have to teach students how failed the previous grade
It is again hard on the kids with a teach who does not like their job!
The teacher could quit their job, or make it harder on the students.
Teacehers will begin to not like their job
Argument 1: Failing a previous grade almost ensure failure for the next grade.
Goes only downhill from there
Eventually they will get to grade they CAn't fail
If the student is not held back they will only do worse in the next grade because of not learning everything correctly form the last grade.
Argument 3: Classrooms with a large vareity of skill levels, stretches a school's resources, and doesn't give the child the help they need.
They might never learn the skills they need from that grade.

Students that preform at higher levels could be slowed down by their peers.

Students should be held back after failing all of their core subjects because, if not they are more likely to do worse in the next grade, make teachers jobs harder and they will not get the help they need.
Retention should be used more often because it ensures that a student will not fail the next grade, gives teachers an easier time and does not slow downs higer pregforming peers.
