May need to do this more than once until you get a sense of the threshold that gets people to take action.
(ii)
Keep referrals top of mind.
Openly acknowledge those who’ve received awards.
(iii)
Think of other rewards.

The candidate experience starts before a candidate ever applies to one of your jobs and extends through the onboarding process.

8) Find Passive Candidates and Let Them Know You Want Them
Passive candidates are those who are currently employed and not actively looking for a job.
Personally reaching out to them will show that you are truly interested in their talent and will be sure to grab their attention. Using social media and connections will help you identify these potential candidates as well as raise awareness for your company.
9) Attend (and Host) Industry Events
Take company talent search on the road to meet elite candidates in your markets.
Meeting potential candidates in person is more effective than reviewing resumes. Industry events allow you to partially skip the first step of your candidate search by providing insights on the individual’s personality, values and long-term career objectives through face-to-face conversations.
Not only are industry events a great way to connect with prospective employees, but they give the opportunity to network with other like-minded organizations and form relationships that can lead to lasting partnerships.
10) Showing Company Culture
Company culture is the personality of your organization and a key aspect to highlight early on in the recruitment marketing process.
People care about where they work and what they do — emphasizing company culture shows job seekers that you’re building a business and a community.
Incorporate employee spotlights on company website and feature mission statement and core values prominently on about page.
Sharing details about company culture helps prospective employees understand what it’s like to work at your company, which makes it easier for them to accept an offer.
Share employee testimonials to simultaneously promote company culture and open roles.
Include a photo of the employee — it doesn’t have to be highly produced, just a clear photo with good lighting — and share the testimonial to social media.
This will help get people excited about where you work.
