At this level, we target women in IT.

In CyberX program episodes, we host a specialist (or group of specialists) in a technical field to talk about a specific topic. Each episode is divided into several parts to deliver the information in different ways. The program is for people who interested to know more about technology.

At this level, we target all segments in society (students, teachers, doctors, engineers, housewives, etc.). General awareness content through readable, audio, and visual content will be delivered.

CyberX academy has a feature to provide vouchers for organizations and companies to deliver its courses for their employees and IT staff.

New instructor
Process of registration
1) The instructor should submit an "Instructor registration form" on the website.
2) He should provide information about his (background, years of experience, working domain, expected courses that he will provide, short video to prove his identity).
3) Within 2 working days, cyberx team should replay him with the approval or an apology for accepting the request.
Process for submitting the course
1) The instructor should upload all course materials and once he has done, he should send a request for course approval.
2) The cyberx team should review the course (content, quality, etc.) and approve the course (i.e. make it public and accessible by students) or replay the instructor with modifications when needed.
Somewhere in the system should be a section for the instructor to apply and this includes:

Topic of courses
His name
LinkedIn profile link.

The registered students at the course should gain a certificate after accomplishing the course and passing the exam.

1) Somewhere there will be a section for affiliates to apply so that they can have a part of the system to introduce their training staff

The registered user at specific course will have a one-year access starts from the registration date.
The payment process should be online.
CyberX will have a training portal that delivers online courses in a wide range of IT specializations.
A security mechanism should be applied to protect the course content so the student can not download the course materials.

The platform includes a dedicated venue for CyberX community members (registered members) to: connect with each other, get the support they need, ask questions, find answers, get exposed to the latest high-tech tips, participate in discussions

External translation system will provide translation services to cyber-x users.
The system already exists, what we want is to integrate it with our new system.

4) If the applicant did not find the expert he seeks, he can send us his area of interest with his questions so we could find someone to him.

1- Registration portal for cyberx square which integrates with CRM, contact center, and have the ability to have an administration portal to cyberx square admin
2- We should have an integrated payment platform (called MyFatoora) for the Training, E-shop, Translation, and Meet the expert.
3- The whole system should support mobile phones (Android & IOS).
