Summary
At the time of the village spring fair, a child goes to the fair with his parents.
on the way to the fair the child is lagging behind his parents because of the various distractions on the way. They have to keep on telling him to catch up with them.
at the fear the child gets attracted to sweets, toys and flower garlands put up for sale and the snake charmer playing the instrument
But, he does not dare to ask his parents for any of these because he knows that they will refuse.
