Sustainable environment for a tree Sparrow
Appropriate Tree density
Outcome: I will try recover the trees with less leaves
Bushy trees for nesting
There should be a number of trees scattered with alot of branches and holes to attract more trees sparrow
Appropriate Diet
Seeds, grain, insects and insect larvae makes up the main diet
Tree sparrow seed feeders, and have a particular liking for red millet.
Outcome I will hang seed feeders on different trees and try to add some red millet as per their liking for more attraction
Lots of seeds all year round
Appropriate habitat
They seek places where they can find lots of seed food
Tree sparrows nest in colonies in holes in trees, farm buildings and nestboxes
Occasionally they build nests in dense bushes
Outcome:I will try to plant more dense bushes and make some bird house and put seed in them as they would find it similar to a hole
Appropriate temperature
According to my observation tree sparrows are mostly seen when the sun is showing not a lot and theirs a slight breeze
Out come: I will go out to monitor tree sparrow at a bout 5:00pm so I could see If the tree sparrows are being attracted or not
The like the weather to be cloudy
