Meditating, interaction with our work and team / other people go hand in hand. They all together form an entire experience towards our perspective of working
Many concepts and ideas from these two surveys are interwoven/ similar, hence they are shown as different colors but sharing the same space
Understanding habits, behaviours and understandings of other's perspective play a big role in how we conduct our daily tasks / daily work routines.
It all happens on a subliminal level but shows up in our submissions / form responses etc.
Conversations are often colored with past experiences with regards to painful/fear/unhealthy interactions. This can be changed when we see people and experiences with fresh eyes every time we interact and with deep awareness
Meditations can help us stay aware and calm during tension filled conversations, leading to better relationship with self and other
Individuals can contribute positively to buinding Social Capital only when they are filled with compassion towards our planet and hence actively taking steps everyday to ensure the well-being of people around them.
