FORCES - Coggle Diagram

- - - - pulling is the motion of bringing something or someone closer to you.
      - pulling a door open.
        
        it depends on how hard you are pulling, if you are pulling lightly it wont open if you open it hard enough it will open.
    - - pushing someone on a swing.
      - a push force is where you push something away from you.
    - - a force that twists something.
        
        it can also be called torsion
      - turning from left to right.
        
        this can be done while crossing the road.
    - - two surfaces rubbing together to create energy.
      - hands rubbing together.
        
        most people do this to escape from the cold, they do this by rubbing their hands together so much so that it creates friction that causes your hand to become warmer.

        the more mass being moved the more newtons one will need to move it.
    - - a book on a table.
        
        in order to support the book the table needs to exert an upward force.
      - the force that supports the weight of an object on a surface.
        
        in the opposite direction of gravity.
  - - - it is sort of like a magnet in the way that it also only attracts charges different to them and repels charges like them, it is used to calculate the strength between two charges.
    - - gravity pulls you down and unlike electric forces gravity only attracts.
      - when you throw a ball and it comes down.
        
        examples of gravity are everywhere, like a way of life
    - - it attracts and repels.
        
        almost completely like electrostatic force.
      - an example of that would be a magnet.
      - we learnt on in the lesson on Thursday 14/05/2020 and that was that magnets typically attract only metals and repels things that are the same as them but sometimes the magnets have no effect whatsoever.
