Definition of Times and Analysis

In the problematic line for research, the role of theory is fundamental.

It consists of carefully observing the phenomenon, fact or case, taking information and recording it for subsequent analysis.

There are three types of information sources: primary, secondary and tertiary. They are divided according to the degree of information they provide, the type of information they contain, the format in which they are found, the channel used and by geographical coverage.

It is the result of the conception that the researcher has of learning, as well as
of the ideological position from which he assigns a certain role to the one who learns.

Initial Interview and Presentation

Semi-structured Interview

Structured Interview

Open Interview

It is used when there are many candidates. It is a deep porco interview based on resume analysis and its objective is to reduce the number of candidates to a manageable size.

It is a qualitative research technique, in which the interviewer guides the conversation but gives the interviewee space to express their own points of view.

This allows the interviewer to be prepared and appear competent during the interview.

It is the most static and rigid of all, since it is based on a series of predetermined and invariable questions that all applicants for a certain position must answer.

Intervening Dimensions

Formal Analysis

Record of feelings, interpretations, intuitions,
researcher's preconceptions and future areas of inquiry.

People selected for research or who are in some way the subject of research.

The recording of information throughout the field work in the observation techniques, whatever the type, is essentially nourished by three elements: field diary, notebook, map or scenario diagram,

Initial and ad hoc reflection is more typically speculative and less well-formed.

Set of Questions

Data can be classified according to those
categories, the nature of which will depend on the type of study and the interests at stake.

The bibliography for its content may include informative materials, treated critical essays, analysis for debate,´pertinent comments and theoretical references specialized, methodological proposals,

It is the identification, description and evaluative analysis of the current situation of the organization or of the process based on the expected results that were proposed in the mission.

In ethnography the analysis occurs simultaneously with the data collection.
