technology
RF interference due to passanger devices. (electronic devices can effect frequencies so that intrument navigation cannot be used and the pilot must rely on VFR) see --> (https://issues.org/strauss/)
cyber safety. - many aircraft systems rely on technology, not only the aircraft itself but airline management and websites for companies. online activity is at more risk and it has become more and more easy for terrorism attacks to occur through the aircraft's computer technology.
system reminders. pilot error is the common cause for many aviation related incidents. computer reminders, checklists or procedures to remind pilots. or back up systems that can analyse the problem before the pilot makes a mistake.
electronic checklists/automated checklists. the influence of pilot error in aviation crashes. even after an error is observed, pilots can struggle to find the correct checklists sutable to the issue. they lose valuable time stumbling for the right one so maybe an automated system that reads off the checklist. aircraft tech that can identify the issue itself.

Human Factors
tired
IMSAFE, illness, medical, sleep, acitivity, fatigue, eating
reliance on technology

technology 'improvements' that in some respect make it harder for the pilots to concentrate. Technology with automated voices, or broadcasting weather details that require pilots to make their own decisions whilst flying instead of being directly told
although it reduces the number of humans in the workload, therefor cheaper, it poses more risk
cockpit erganomics. comfort for pilots leading to increased rates of fatigue? better cockpit = better concentration or for longer? what about storage for flight charts or checklists? flight engineers used to have a table for their maps, pilots never did and still don't. places for them to eat? even a spot to put a drink?
