PLOT
FIRST ACT: Hamlet's mother, Queen Gertrude, marries his uncle Claudius let him becaming King of Denmark. One night a ghost appears to Hamlet saying to seek revenge him since he is been poisoned by Claudius.
SECOND ACT: Hamlet pretends to be mad and arranges for some actors who will perform a story similar to the one that the ghost tells him.
THIRD ACT: when the plays is presented Claudius rashes away, Hamlet understands he's guilty and follows him. They argues and Polonius is overhearing so Hamlet kills him.
FOURTH ACT: Hamlet is sent to England to be killed but Laertes, Polonius' son, wants to avenge his father and starts fighting with Hamlet.
FIFTH ACT: Claudius puts a posion into Hamlet's wine but Gertrude drinks it. Laertes puts some poison on the tip of his sword but Hamlet exchange his weapon with the Laertes' one. Hamlet stabbs the king and asks Horatios to tell his story before to die.

is shocked by his father's death and his mother re-marriage. These are the causes of his melancholy.
is protestant and sceptical of the ghost. Protestants don't believe in purgatory and the ghost says he's his father's spirit who is wandering in Purgotory.
