The students in this group—those who had missed one or two questions on the quiz—are responsible for designing their own story and book. However, they will firstly watch a video that reviews the essential components of books and stories. They will, after watching this video, work in a station, in pairs, to read through directions, create a storyboard that had certain features to it. For example, they must have a title on their storyboard; they must have the authors name on the storyboard. They must show who the characters are, they must have a clear start, middle and end to their storyboard. They can start to analyse what they thought the author was trying to express, what fable is in the story. This is more guided than the advanced group. (Bloom's higher-order thinking skills of analysing and creating).
