contact forces
Friction
-
When you ride a bike the contact with the road and the wheel is Friction. When you drive a car the contact between the wheel and the road is friction

push
A force that can move an object and speed it up. Pushing forces go away from the source of the energy
I push the draw in, i push the cricket bat forwards before hitting the ball on the bat which pushes the ball forward.
When you push something it gains speed because you put energy into it. If you stop pushing friction and gravity will act upon it slowing it down and eventually stopping the object, because no energy is being put into it
-
-
pull
A forces that brings an object towards another or someone. pulling forces go toward the source of energy
pull the door towards me, i pull my socks onto my feet or i pull the chair out to sit on it
push and a pull are opposite forces, meaning they move objects in different directions.
-
normal
normal force is the support force exerted applied an object that is in contact with another stable object.
A laptop Resting on a table, A car parked on the road or a book resting on a table
If there was no normal force, you'd be slowly seeping into the ground.

non contact forces
electrostatic
-
-
Rubbing a balloon against your hair will stick up or rubbing a ball and putting it under a tape the water will move towards the balloon
-
magnitism
Magnetism is a force that is an attraction force that arises between two electrically charged particle because of the motion of the objects
