Train-the-Trainer
Develop process for selecting trainers
Create "job description" for trainers
Continually works to improve training methods by learning/implementing best practices
Has working knowledge of the critical operations in all areas
Facilitates/oversees successful
onboarding
of new Operations employees
Manages onboarding checklists (keeping up-to-date)
Assists manager/supervisor in completing Manager Checklist
Monitors new employee completion of OJT (On-The-Job training) checklist
Facilitates On-Boarding live training program
HLE Super-user
Manages the job family development and review process
30/60/90 day training reqs
Assists HLE administrator with Operations requests
Maintains documented standards related to Training and Onboarding Processes
Conducts training assessments
Project Ideas:
Bringing the training materials to the shop floor (technology), Creating new SOP templates and guidelines to improve usability
Implementing New Technology
Training materials stored outside of HLE
Short video explainers (LIMS, Oracle, Agile, etc)
Box folders
GCD-OS Training
Safety
MyCI
General Lean training
QRGs
Work Center training checklists
Technical Trainers

Works with
Training System Specialist
