Grade Up: Place brush on the non-dominant side, pick up a brush with the non-dominant hand, bring brush over to dominant hand and begin brushing hair - uses bilateral coordination and crosses the midline
Grade down: For showering and washing hair, put different colored duct tape on the shampoo and conditioner bottles to distinguish between the two
Grade Down: Set up station, can patient pick up the brush or hand over hand assist.
Grade up: With no assistive labels, have pt reach to pick up shampoo while water is running on head/face.
STG: Erica will complete hair brushing with moderate assistance while sitting at bedside in 4 days
