Definition:
A cultural trait is a characteristic of human action that's acquired by people socially and transmitted via various modes of communication.Cultural traits are things that allow for a part of one culture to be transmitted to another. It can depend on each country.

Stages of culture shock
Adaptation stage
At this final stage, you accepted and adopted the customs, habits and cultural practices of your new home.
Adjustment
At this stage you start to gain a sense of direction and surely begin to feel more familiar and comfortable with the people, culture, food, and surroundings of your new environment.
Discovery stage
To the person everything is new and unusual. This stage characterized by an extremely positive feeling, almost euphoric.
Resistance stage
A strong feeling of dissatisfaction is experienced and this kicks in and the excitement quickly starts turning into discomfort.
