Using the template provided to you in the Word Document on the Assignments tab, list 4-6 facts on each of the topics above.
Insert a picture in the spaces indicated for each topic.

Class activity
The Fundamentals of Systems
Create a list of systems you can identify around you - education system, health system, school system and economic system. Think about what they are composed of. Categorise your systems between natural and manmade systems. Make use of the following table to list and categorise your systems.
-
Activity 2
Flipclass activity
After understanding that we have man-made systems around us, we can investigate how man-made systems are often made from smaller components working together to serve a greater purpose. When we look at farming, we see that there are a lot of smaller steps taking place to produce a product.
Farming as a man-made system
Watch a video about the farming system- the steps taken from the moment a seed is planted to the exportation of the crops.
-
Class activity
Farming system- choose a specific farming system:
Cattle farming

Read the Wakelet with information provided on each topic, and collect data to create an input, process, and output chart.

You will now answer the following questions in a Word document and submit it on Teams under Assignments.
What is the water cycle?
Name the different stages in the water cycle.
What components work together in this system?
Explain the role of each component in the system.

The different stages in the water cycle.
