        With the given data from the experts, students' behaviors and needs can be identified during the process.
        
        3. Communicate with parents/ caregivers
        (parent/ caregiver involvement) During the process, the data needs to be informed to the household clearly. Constant communication during the referral is critical to help the student in the best way, appropriately.
        
        4. Intensive Intervention Program
