PHASE ONE: Recognition

Coming up with a plan of action and some strategies catered to the needs of the student for classroom and home :pencil2:

PHASE TWO: Pre-referral
If after a period of simple interventions, the student is still struggling. Teacher will inform parents/guardians that they will be asking help from a school-based pre-referral team. :!:
