- - - - Inspection is carried out at multiple stages during a maintenance activity such as:
      - Inspection of raw materials/new components to ensure defect free
      - Stage checks at procedure defined points, this is especially important during assembly procedures if parts cannot be checked at a later point due to being covered
      - Prior to functional checks
