Needs

My users want something neat and formal so it can be used both in a workplace or casually.

My users want something professional and that has a good function.

They want something affordable so it won't affect their level of wealth.

They need something strong and sturdy so it won't collapse so people like the elderly or disabled aren't at risk.

It needs to be easy to set up so it's not hard on people like the elderly and disabled to do themselves.

Marc Venot

Pedro Paulo-Venson

Marc Venot is a French flat pack designer. I do like some of his designs but much like Pedro Paulo-Venson most of his products are modern and abstract which isn’t what I’m going for and like Hiromatsu some of his work is mainly directed towards kids unlike my user group.

Hiromatsu is a Japanese designer who creates flat pack furniture. I do like some of the stuff he creates but most of it I’ve seen is for kids so, based on my user group, I decided I’m not basing my ideas on Hiromatsu’s work.

Pedro Paulo-Venson is a brazilian designer who creates flat pack furniture. I’m not a big fan of his work because it’s very modern and quite abstract to what I really want so I’ve decided I’m not basing my work on Pedro Paulo-Venson.
