Basic Verbal Tenses
Futuro simple “will”
The future simple with will is used in English to express: a spontaneous decision, an opinion, a wish, promises or intentions.

Present Simple

The verb in the present simple is the same for I, you and they: I study, You study, They study.
With he, she and it it almost always takes a simple -s at the end of the verb.
Past simple
The simple past is used when talking about the following actions: a finished action that has no connection to the present; repeated actions in the past; in narrations, stories or when talking about historical events.

To ask questions in the simple past, you must use the word “did”.
To form negative sentences, add the adverb “not” after the word “did” or you can use the contraction “didn’t”:
