We realized that communication was the most effective way of making important decisions and organizing practice times since then we were able to make decisions that worked for everyone
Initially, it was very difficult for us to make decisions as a bad since we had contrasting tastes and preferences in music. We committed to practicing a set list of songs, however, and immediately recognized the benefits of consistency.

I had to overcome several obstacles throughout my strength training journey. For example, I did not always have the necessary equipment available and, therefore, had to adapt my training routine accordingly.
I noticed that strength training helped me keep a balanced mindset and hellped me maintain focus throughout the week. I also had to eat a balanced diet in order to maximize the strength and muscle growth I was making while exercising.

While attending the workshop, I realized that it was important to keep an open mind and be respectful of other people's tuning methods. This also allowed me to figure out tuning techniques that I was not aware of before, which allowed me to recognize the benefit of discussing and collaborating with other drummers.
I have always found it challenging to obtain a good sound for my toms and this workshop helped me practice my tuning skills and challenged me to explore alternative methods.

In preparation for each tutoring session, I created a general study plan with some fundamental mathematical concepts so that the students could go through this document beforehand and refresh their memory. This helped me plan for the upcoming tutoring session
I had to constantly reflect over the moral choices and actions made while tutoring since I had to behave in an ethical manner and provide the student with the best possible learning experience. This meant that I had to be considerate of the student's cultural background and treat all interactions professionally.
