CN3 (oculomotor) palsy
Fixed dilated pupil - loss of parasympathetic outflow from edinger Westphal nucleus which supply pupillary sphincter and ciliary bodies - lens accommodation

CN4 (trochlear) palsy
Innervate superior oblique muscle and results in a head tilt to correct the extortion that results in diplopia on looking down e.g. walking downstairs

CN6 (abducens) palsy

Causes - MS, Wernicke's encephalopathy, Pontine stroke (presents with fixed small pupils +/- quadriparesis)
CN 3,4, 6 palsy

Causes - stroke, tumours, Wernicke's encephalopathy
CN5 (trigeminal) palsy

Causes - trigeminal neuralgia (pain but no sensory loss), herpes zoster, nasopharyngeal cancer

Bells palsy is the most common lesion of the facial nerve - will see dribbling out the side of mouth
