Do we retain the current SME/ TA Rates?
How do we count the no. of hours rendered by the SME ?
Will the moderator rate same as TA?
Will electronic copy be accepted? or will the office send out copies thru courier?
How do we measure feedback? do we retain the old format?
Wil there be changes in the content and format of the training report?
Will the policy allow an SME to conduct the session anywhere (e.g. home) or will the Regional Office be in charge to set up a room for the E-learning Session?
Will there be SME Accreditation process?
Considering the profile of our SMEs, do we need to train them with the new format?/platform
Will CSI provide the training design (presentations and modes?)
Considering the new platforms to be used, will there be changes on the duration or how long each program will be offered per session? (ex. a 16-hr course will be offered in 4 days or 4 hours per day to avoid digital fatigue and/or ensure audience engagement)
Are we going to consider DLP type modules?
